Depending on your needs, your session may include:
Unwinding of imbalanced structural patterns via the Cranial-Structural and Deep Tissue techniques of Structural Energetic Therapy; breathing and dialog-enhanced body awareness techniques of Healing From the Core; Chakra balancing/energy flow techniques of Quantum Touch; and/or a creative mix of a variety of techniques including: Cupping, Aroma Therapy (Rocky Mountain Oils), Weighted Tuning Forks, InfraRed Heat, Ice packs/Hot Towels, Light and Sound Therapy, Color Therapy, Paraffin Wax, Weighted Blanket, Visualization, Foot/Ear Reflexology and Ear Acupressure.
