Holding Steady! Love Rice is still very sticky, with a pinkish color; perhaps slightly deeper pink this week than last. Hate Rice continues to be fluffy and white, showing some signs of stickiness. The mold on the bottom of Indifference Rice seems to be very slow-growing, not much difference noticeable there this week. I was blessed this holiday season to witness pure Christmas Spirit flowing from a client’s heart space during their massage session. 💗This client and their spouse had recently purchased and gifted items of a list of basic needs to a local family in dire need. The joy and love that this act stirred within my client was palpable. As this beautiful client told me their story and shined with the kind of joy that only comes from a truly altruistic act of kindness, I felt my own heart resonate and swell with vicarious joy! Anxiety and Stress
We see Anxiety everywhere today. I even see it on my massage table occasionally. Definitely I see the effects of stress pass through my office daily. Could it be that we move so fast in our world nowadays, that we just don’t quite know what it feels like to slow down anymore?
